Loanmio provides a digital platform for internal logistics and heavy fleet management. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to the following terms.
Loanmio offers a software platform for MES routing, load balancing, and logistics orchestration. The platform is designed for enterprise use in manufacturing and distribution environments. Access is granted under a subscription agreement that defines the specific modules, user roles, and data retention policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.
All software, documentation, and visual elements provided by Loanmio are proprietary. No license or right is granted to reproduce, modify, or distribute the platform or its components without explicit written consent. Data you upload remains your property, but you grant Loanmio a limited license to process it solely for providing the service.
Loanmio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, production downtime, or supply chain disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and emergency updates may cause temporary outages. Loanmio reserves the right to modify the platform features or these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Loanmio may suspend access immediately if you violate these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your data will be exported within 30 days upon request, after which it may be permanently deleted.
